Google Base
It is astounding the amount of stuff put out on the web. Lots of it for personal edification. But back to library related. I decided to research library's children outreach programs. My first search turned up about 1500 responses and I just kept narrowing my search down to find what I really wanted, or at least close to what I was after with 271 hits.

I would probably not use this as a research tool for work. If you used Google as a search engine or another search engine I feel you could get the same information and be able to narrow down your search quicker. This also may be my perception and non familiarity with their "data base".
